When you have completed your shopping, kindly check you cart for accuracy of your order. Items may be added by press "Keep Shopping", or deleted by changing quantity ordered to "0". Proceed to CHECK OUT, and complete all required information fields including your credit card authorization, your customer profile, and your Back Order preference. Your order form and all company information will be electronically forwarded to us with full security protection. Your order confirmation will be E-mailed or faxed to you within 24 hours.
PRIVACY
All your proprietary company information including your credit card information is confidential. We will never provide or distribute any of your information to anyone including your e-mail address, under any circumstances. During your transaction, all credit card data is fully secured by means of 128bit SSL encryption and cannot be read by any third party. This security is evident by the "padlock icon" displayed on your browser when you are working on your cart, checkout, or the credit application.
FAX IN YOUR ORDER…
When you have completed adding
items to your shopping cart, kindly check your order for accuracy,
and proceed to CHECK OUT. Complete all
information fields including your credit authorization, your company profile,
and your back order preference. Simply select PRINT/FAX FORMAT… and fax Form to
our 24HR FAX @ (516) 868 –5568.
HOW TO PAY:
ON ACCOUNT:
Our terms are Net 30 days for existing credit approved
accounts, only.If you are a new customer to autostatcorp.com,
you may apply for credit terms with us after your initial credit card or prepaid
order.
Simply complete the
fully secured Online Credit Application
when you have completed your order at Check Out. Or, you may select to print the credit application, and Fax it to us. Please be sure to complete all information fields so that our credit department can process your information to be evaluated. We will advise you of credit status by e-mail or fax.
A $75.00 merchandise minimum required for all on account
orders. All orders under $75.00 will be subject to a $10.00 handing
charge.

All first time buyers, who wish to place an order online with
autostatcorp.com are required to charge their order on either a corporate
charge card, or a personal charge card that has been authorized by your employer
for vendor purchasing.
We accept Visa, Master Card, and the
Discover Card for your convenience.
There is a $75.00 merchandise minimum for all charge card
orders. When purchasing with your charge card, be sure to complete the
charge card authorization…that accompanies our Online Stock Order
Form…or, if you prefer to fax your authorization, you may select our PDF
Faxable Stock Order Form.
PREPAID:
For those of you who prefer to prepay with a check, only
company checks will be accepted. Please note: Your order will not
ship until your prepaid check has been cleared by our bank. You should allow
5-7 business days for us to process your prepaid orders.
Autostatcorp.com does not
accept any C.O.D orders.
PRICES:
All prices displayed on our website are for Distributors
only…and are net of any discounts. Prices are subject to change
at any time up or down, based on market fluctuations on raw materials
which are beyond our control.
RETURNS:
All merchandise return requests must be submitted to us in
writing within 15 days of receipt of our merchandise, and with the
approval of our customer service department. You may either write, fax,
or E-mail this request to our Customer Service Dept
customerservice@autostatcorp.com.
Generallly, authorization
for a return will be issued for any mistakes in our fulfillment of your order,
or if the merchandise is defective in any way.
All returns must be made in their
original cartons with original packing slip to the attention of customer
service.
Any damaged in transit
merchandise claims must be made through the common carrier. We ship most orders
via UPS. In such cases, you must notify the carrier of your claim, and
Customer service will assist you with any documentation necessary to resolve
your problem. All damaged in transit goods must be returned to us in the
original cartons with our packing slip. We will replace the merchandise, or
issue you a credit… and customer service will assist you with all these
details.
WARRANTIES:
Autostat Corporation makes no warranty of any kind, other than
its obligation to deliver merchandise of our, or buyer’s specifications.
The seller’s liability is limited to replacing defective or damaged product,
and in no event shall seller be liable for special, incidental, or
consequential damages.
